TYPHOON®-RW Rotary Parts Washer
PROCECO TYPHOON®-RW is a spray indexing parts washer designed for final or in-process cleaning and drying of new manufactured components. The RW is a compact cleaning system that can accommodate high production requirements using a single load/unload point, making it ideal for cellular applications. The system can be customized to meet your requirements by adding optional features and additional processes such as a recirculated rinse and high-pressure water jet deburring.
Typical Applications
Final cleaning and drying of steering gear racks of various lengths from 15” to 39”
In-process cleaning to remove machining oil and chips from exhaust manifold surfaces and tapped holes; the system delivers 1 part 100 % dry every 15 seconds
High-pressure water jet deburring of aluminum master cylinders with 5,000 psi.; the system washes and dries 185 parts per hour
