High-pressure water jet deburring is an effective deburring technology that provides a high level of precision and repeatability for complex aluminum and steel parts such as oil and fuel pump bodies.
The high-pressure water jet’s intense force, when precisely directed, effectively knocks away loose burrs and dislodges chips nested in deep intersecting holes – without damaging your parts’ surface finishes or radius edges. With a cleaning additive, the same process is also able to clean away lubricants, oils and shop dirt. Because PROCECO's hydro deburring technology uses continuously recirculated filtered liquid, a consistently high level of precision cleaning and deburring can be achieved. As an added bonus, this technology is solvent-free and environmentally safe.
PROCECO offers different system configurations for continuous or batch processing that can accommodate a selection of nozzle designs.
