On June 11th 2009, Proceco Ltd.
acquired certain assets from Deloitte & Touche Inc., the Receiver
and Trustee in Bankruptcy of MP Tech Inc. These assets included
patents, engineering data and process test equipment.
Existing MP Tech equipment
owners will also be pleased to know that Proceco will also
be offering replacement parts through Proceco's Customer Service
Department.
